“Dr. Smith repaired a very old implant crown when 3 other providers in town didn’t think they could. It was a great job! Thankfully he does full service dentistry too!
Just had my semi annual cleaning and was BLOWN AWAY🤯. The hygienist was amazing. Gentle, extremely so. Im not dental phobic but it does cause a lot of anxiety. I am floss averse. I had no anxiety, the flossing actually wasn’t bad. Start to finish the process just seemed different than any other cleaning.
Then when Dr. Smith came in at the end he found an issue that had been overlooked by the other 3 providers I saw. Then he did a periodontal chart to monitor my gums. I’ve NEVER even heard of that. I’m not a young kid either. Been seeing dentists for ever 50 yrs. I just felt like everything was so thorough, well explained, so gentle. Just over & above the best I could have imagined. And Wendy at the front desk is the absolutely most cheery person ever. She remembers everyone. Her laugh is infectious, and her billing is very easy to understand and she is able to answer any question. I just love everybody there. I tell everyone who asks to switch to Smith Custom.
